💼 About the Role

As Regional Sales Director for the Eastern US, you’ll lead our sales efforts across the region, managing a team of Account Executives and Sales Managers while personally closing strategic deals. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, driving revenue growth, and establishing our presence in key Eastern markets.

📋 Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3-5 sales professionals in the Eastern region

• Own regional revenue targets and forecasting accuracy

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy and territory plans

• Personally manage and close strategic enterprise accounts

• Coach and develop Account Executives and Sales Managers

• Build relationships with key prospects and partners in the region

• Collaborate with Marketing on regional demand generation initiatives

• Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscape

• Recruit and onboard new sales talent in your region

• Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting

• Partner with Customer Success on account expansion strategies

🎓 Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with 3+ years managing teams

• Proven track record of exceeding regional revenue targets ($5M+ annually)

• Experience selling technical/AI products to enterprise buyers

• Strong understanding of Eastern US market dynamics and key industries

• Excellent coaching and team development skills

• Ability to balance individual selling with team leadership

• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities

• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools

• Willingness to travel 40–50% within region
