💼 About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives while personally driving revenue in your territory. You’ll develop our presence across key Southern markets, manage complex enterprise deals, and build a winning sales culture in a fast-growing region.

📋 Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2-3 Account Executives in the Southeast

• Achieve individual sales quota while ensuring team success

• Build and manage qualified pipeline across the region

• Execute strategic enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close

• Coach team members on sales methodology, product knowledge, and deal strategy

• Conduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching

• Partner with Regional Director on strategic accounts and hiring

• Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility through Salesforce

• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts

• Support marketing initiatives and regional demand generation

• Travel within region for customer meetings and team development

🎓 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales with consistent quota achievement

• 2+ years managing or leading sales teams

• Experience selling complex technical or SaaS solutions

• Strong understanding of Southeast market and business landscape

• Proven coaching and team development abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to balance personal selling with team leadership responsibilities

• Strong technical aptitude and business acumen

• Comfortable with 30-40% travel within region
