💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to build and scale our core AI products. You’ll architect machine learning systems, optimize model performance, and work directly with our founding team to shape the future of AI governance.

📋 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models

• Build scalable ML infrastructure and data pipelines

• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Mentor junior engineers and establish ML best practices

• Stay current with latest AI/ML research and apply relevant innovations

🎓 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering

• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

• Experience deploying models to production at scale

• Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field preferred
